The end is upon us

I just saw a Wendy's commercial that was using Blister in the Sun as the background music.

It's only gonna get worse as we get older. 25 year copyrights man. :( :( :(

25 year copyrights are a myth. The work is copyrighted forever and a day if someone is there to protect it. Call that progressive government in action. It's the record labels that are conspiring to sell off the catalogs once labeled "indie" and "underground". RIAA territory, indeed.

But this? To sell a chicken sandwich? God, I'd have never listened to it in the early 80's if I could have foreseen the future.

Truthfully, I hate copyrights... but I respect them. Seems like these days everyone is selling out though. :(

I can't stand Wendy's anymore. I went there the other day for a Frosty and turned around and left without it. :(

Farkin' HATE the *fIAA's. I really do. I respect the artists so much, but so much interference from the labels and companies make it not even worth it. :(

own your reels at all costs. even if you end up playing small clubs, with no major distribution, recording from your parents basement in hoboken and you never make it to the m.tv.

own your reels!
