Please, Mr. Postman!

November, people. It was shipped in November and you're just getting around to asking me about it? Never mind that the package actually did arrive (a week late I might add). This is a timely response to my missing package problem? Thankfully, it wasn't my grandfather's ashes, or frozen hemoglobin, or a stool sample.
Three months? How does that motto go? Rain, sleet, snow? Apparently their appointed rounds aren't hampered by time either.
Consumer Affairs, New Orleans, referred a copy of your complaint to our
office. It's regarding non receipt of a track and confirm package in
November 2004. If you still have not received this package, lease email
me your physical address so I can send you the necessary paperwork to
complete for us. We need your mail address, who it was mailed from,
etc.
