For the educators (and perhaps educated) in my group, a few warning labels for your textbooks...

late night driving

As a future reference for myself, Ben and Jerry's Coffee Heath Bar Crunch ice cream does, in fact, contain real coffee.

Consuming it right before bedtime is not advised, as it will probably cause penguins to linger, awake, in bed for hours. So much so that driving to New Orleans in the middle of the night to beat morning traffic becomes a highly advisable notion.
