I've been an exceptionally good boy this year, so would you, could you please please please bring me this for Christmas:
I promise not to use it on my neighbor's yappy-dogs, the punk who drives fifty down my street, or the IT manager who just managed to get me booted from my work site. But I make no promises for road rage. With the commercial airliners you must deal with every Christmas eve, I'm sure you understand.

I'm still not in a work-from-home groove. I have about, oh, a thousand or so servers that I have to get recorded in this massive spreadsheet, and it's just not happening for me. I've got a few leads on the info, but I'm utterly hampered by the fact I don't have the administrative access I once had. It's maddening. Ordinarily, I'd have logged in and just accessed everything I needed, but now I have no clue where to go and where to log in.
