Beware of the Time-eater
In accordance with my never-ending fascination with all things gadget, I'd like to introduce to you the Corpus Clock and the Chronophage, the most sophisticated grasshopper escapement ever constructed.
This clock, built for Corpus Christi College in Cambridge, England, is the brainchild of inventor John Taylor. I cannot explain its workings in any interesting way, so you'll have to see the video for yourself.
