The pumpkin cometh

This year's pumpkin is a massive hunk o' punk, purchased by the missus at Sam's Spend-a-world. With big pumpkins come thick-ass rinds. Like two inches thick. Thick enough to break the pansy plastic pumpkin saw. Tough enough to take multiple slashes from a utility knife with little effect. Frustrating enough to make me dig out the exacto carving set and spend six hours gashing and gouging hard orange skin.
