BP readying for the kill shot

I've been watching BP place new equipment all around the wellhead, including some new pipes that are simply SPEWING mud everywhere.

EDIT: Seriously, if you're moving about at the time of this post, go look. There's all kinds of crap going on down there.

DOUBLE EDIT: If you have any doubt on just how staggering the odds are against BP at this moment, there's a guy somewhere in the Gulf, on a boat, remotely maneuvering a robot's arm to fit a hex wrench inside a bolt attached to a cruddy, beaten-up pipe one mile under the sea. And he keeps missing...
