But for god's sake, impeach Cheney first, will ya?

President Bush lets Scooter Libby lick his balls.

Nice. Very nice. Please give me any reason at all why Congress will not proceed with blowing open the entire administration? Please, prove to me why I should have a single ounce of respect for George W. Bush? This is so beyond what Nixon's boys did. I mean, serously, Nixon had his freak on, but this den of scoundrels? This sickens me and insults not only the basic tenets our forefathers sought to uphold, but disrespects every American who believes in our government.

I think I'm going to be sick.

You know what, I'm tired of White House semantics. Let's call a spade a spade in the issue. Rove and Libby exposed an active deep cover CIA agent, an grievous offense for anyone in the intelligence community, much less officials with the level of clearance and authority as those two. Libby is a patsy, then he needs to be put down. If not, then I want to know why that fat-ass of a liar Rove still has top-secret clearance when an act of his nature expressly is punishable by revocation of such clearance. Tell me why I don't see charges being brought up on using RNC email for White House business, another expressly forbidden act.

If you're going to let Scooter take the heat, then he better take the heat. If you're going to circumvent the whole process, then I better see some of these presidential wanna-bes drawing up impeachment proceedings across the fucking board. Our country is fucked up because of the greed and pomposity of the worst good ol' boys of all time.

IMHO and being exmilitary if any of our guys had pulled some shit like Rove and Libby it is punishable by death. No you cannot pay $250,000 dollars you get to die now. P

I agree. Yet, if I get pulled over with a joint in my pocket, I'm getting 10 years.

Hell, if you have a joint in your pocket you need to be passing by here first. I'll take care of the evidence for you.

Actually, it was Dick Armitage that exposed a no-longer-covert agent that was still under the 2 years of protection past her covert status. D hit this on the head (and he served 2 years at the Pentagon, so he knows a little of which he speaks) - he won't be prosecuted because he served at the pleasure of Clinton, just like Sandy Berger. You want to call a spade a spade, then WHY the fuck hasn't Sandy been prosecuted?

And I'm sorry, the Democrats are STILL the best in the biz where the Boys Club is concerned. Clinton's fucking fingers still smelled like snatch as he lied to the American public, and his fraud of a wife in on the entire act is being allowed to run for the highest office in the land without getting shot down. I'm ashamed as a female to have to put up with her ilk. And yet, he still beat the rap. (believe me, I fight the boys club every fucking day of my life... you KNOW what I've put up with to make it in this industry, and it's no better at the top than it was at the bottom... at least I'm too built to have 5'2" fuckers try to molest me anymore)

Come on now... let's call it like it is - it's POLITICS - and I agree, it's completely disgusting.. but it's not like the American Public is too keen on cleaning house now are they? How long have we been demanding term limits?

PS: *hug* I'm not trying to fight with you... I see all of your points, and at least they aren't regurgitated from Daily Kos.

I was all for impeachment if he signed the shoddy immigration bill that they were trying to ram down the citizens' throats - but since we KEEEEEEELLED it... and Scooter ain't hot enough of an issue to impeach him on - and EVERYONE on talk television agrees, including his biggest opponents, that this was the best step he could make in this instance... and it preserves the Appeal process. I actually agree with Obama on this - NOW is not the time for impeachment, now is the time to take action to make sure this doesn't happen in the next presidential cycle... we're too close to the end. We're going to know who the nominees are by Valentine's Day next year... just seven months away. They can't WAIT to get him out of office and in the meantime make him as ineffectual as possible. :) But it's Congress who is proving to be ineffectual. Pelosi's approval rating in her district has fallen below 50% for the first time ever, all the way down to 29%. *snicker* They're doing it to themselves, and trying to line their pockets the whole way.

It's not just Dems or Republicans, it's the entire system that's broken, but no one cares. TERM LIMITS NOW!!!!!!!

Baby, you're not fighting with me. Read my profile. I'll have any conversation you want, as you long as you realize that I'm still right, no matter what.

The point still stands. Rove should have had his clearance revoked, not renewed as it was a couple of months ago. Forget about past debts with Clinton. Getting some head in the oval office pales in comparison to having a team of scumbags infiltrating every corner of the administration. I can give you a list of the infamy, but I don't think you want to begin a diatribe of complaint from me. It's too encompassing to compare to any previous President, even Tricky Dick.

*smooooooooch*!

I can't disagree with that, and I certainly agree that Rove is one of the biggest dicks we've seen in a while.

OI! Conference call time... then home! No one came to the office today, so the boss is kicking me out after this lame conference call that no one is showing up for. :)
