Home for the holidays

My Christmas has been wonderful. I could only hope that the rest of you have had a joyous holiday.

In a year filled with so many turbulent changes, I've rediscovered faith, and have come to understand how it's not just rank-and-file attendance in a church, or even an affiliation with the religion of your choice. It's believing in something with all your fiber and soul, even when the rest of the world has no clue why you would waste your time.

I have faith in this 2005 holiday season, fueled by an amazing series of events, tragic and fantastic.
