geek links because my head hurts too much to write a real entry
-I have an appreciation for industrial-influence design. It kind of branches from my love for Art Deco, but that's another story. Anyway, check out these pizza cutters.
-Attention Gmail junkies. There are some kewl little appz out there that help you to use one of your gazillion Gmail invites as a bonus device: a web drive, a journal, and text message forwarder and archive.
-And have you seen the new Eleanor?

My daddy told me I was never allowed to drive a Ford, but I do like the Shelbys.
Auto-Erotic.
Have you seen the new Charger?
I wonder if my dad's classic Charger will be worth more now.
Re: Auto-Erotic.
"Hey, chief, let's make the new Charger a family sedan!"
"Great idea, Chet! Aging boomers can go retro with a big gas-guzzling Hemi and still get their grandkids to Chuck E. Cheese. Now go forth and alienate classic Charger fans everywhere."
In sum, I find it to be a spit in the face of Mopar-dom everywhere.
But that's just my two cents.
Re: Auto-Erotic.
So in essence you're saying that yes, my dad's CLASSIC Charger will be worth more?
I still want a 'cuda. Badly.

speaking of industrial deisgn, there is this building on Tchoup that i am so in love with. It's up this end, close to Napolean. It's all silver and metal and boxy with bars on the windows and it's shiny....it's fucking awesome. I want to live in it. It looks like a fancy toolbox or something...

I keep telling myself I'm going to photograph all the Deco and Streamline buildings in town and build a website around it. It's on my priority list somewhere.

If you were headingdowntown on Tchoup from my house it would be on the right, ast Napolean. I forget how far past it but i think it comes up pretty soon after that intersection.
