Highly illogical

I don't suppose any of my peeps are seeing Trek tonight, huh? Canal Place has a 9:40 and Midnight (like that'll happen). The burbs have theaters showing at all kinds of times but that means I have cross the parish line. I need some inspiration to drag my fat Andorian ass out of the house.

We have pie!

Perhaps you're acquainted with my deep, resounding love for the Hubig pie. When the Hubig bakeries fired up the ovens post-K, I bought a dozen, consuming them slowly, savoring their flavorful fillings. Since then I've adopted a habit of buying one every time I visit the grocery (which is the Mid City Rouse's if you really give one).

Anyway, I prowl that rack every visit, scouring through the pies, searching for that "something else". You see, Hubig has a stock of regular flavors: lemon, apple, banana, pineapple, coconut and chocolate. Occasionally I stumble upon the rare sweet potato or the mighty peach, both delicious.
