So the $20 billion number was legit and now the President went off and made it happen. And he got them to cancel the dividend. So, GOP, whaddya say to that? I'm sorry? What? Oh, the thing about whole local population (especially Governor Jindal) blasting the moratorium because jobs would be lost? Got that covered, too, with a $100 million fund to cover that problem.

It's not actually fixing the problem but that's a big deal.
